Thirsty??!!

Activities last week!

Stickers in the morning and learning colors. Julia started counting to 4 as well :). I mean, I say one and she says two, three and four ;).
Alladyn = troublemaker!;)
The only fisher-price little people figure from her castle set that doesn't talk, just plays ole song. Julia literally gets pissed ;). She always brings him to me and shakes her head and says no no no ;).

Such a great Sunday with Nana and Nick!

Nana and Nick came to visit! On Saturday we stayed at home, because Nana brought yummy dinner and she and Nick were taking over our kitchen :). We also wished Grandpa Nick Happy Birthday!!!
Sunday was a very busy and exciting. We all got up early to go to Julia's soccer practice, the went for a brunch to Kitchen 64. After Julia's nap, we decided to go to the park to enjoy that pretty day. It was so much fun, waiving hi to duckies, playground and a walk around the lake. We were all quite surprised how amazing we felt. Nothing planned, all spontaneous. After the park time, Nana and Nick headed home and we hit Barnes & Noble and El Paso for some quesadillas and guacamole :).

Potty training progress!

We had our first nr 1 in potty on Valentine's Day ( best gift Daddy has ever received ;)) and today on Saturday we noticed that she might need to do nr 2 and it took about 2 min for her to do it! Daddy was shocked and started to jump around with excitement hehe!!!
Mama went out to Babies r us and bought a second potty seat, so now we have one upstairs and one downstairs.

Wednesday Barnes & Noble fun!

Julia loves her books, so any trip to the bookstore is a hit! She read trough tons of books, played with other kids by the train table (they were amused how cute she was :)) and simply just had fun. We spent there about 1 hour and she was not too happy to leave. We picked two books, one about potty and 'Pat the puppy.' Afterwards we went to Babies r us and got couple princesses to match Julia's Little People princess castle. She can differentiate all the princesses and actually say the names of couple of them!

Last nights dinner!

I made a goulash, which we like a lot with gnocchi! It was awesome, I have to admit!

Headband girl!

We went to the post office looking like this:

However, Julia found my working out headband and she put it on herself! She wore it pretty much till the end of the day;).
She also was going through my wallet and saw Babcia's picture and immediately started screaming 'Baba' :). Yeah, they love each other :).
After Julia's nap, we took advantage of the 59 degree weather and hit the park to say hi to duckies and Julia's favorite playground!

Babcia!!!!

Apple monster!

Julia is not too big on fruit and always shakes her head when we approach her with an apple or something equivalent. However, on Monday, she was carefully watching me eating an apple and started saying 'um' which means 'give me a bite' and she loved it. She ended up to eat half of it!

Todays baking!

Julia decided to bake some apple pudding pie! :)

Walking/running style!

Have you ever seen a child running like this? We have not hehe :)

Romp n' Roll art/gym class.

Last week I took Julia to the morning Romp n' Roll class and they added an art option to the gym class. It was a 'on the farm' theme, so they all made cute pigs :). She gave it to Dada who was sick that day!

Bath time!

Yep, our Princess loves bath times :).

Daily fun with Mama :)

Just everyday fun with my Princess!

Visiting Daddy at work!

Our daily activity...flashcards!

Another January playground day!

Duckies!!!

St. Marys school visit!

On Sunday, Jan 27th, we visited St. Mary's Catholic school. They had an open house that day, so we hopped in the car and drove the whole 5 min to the school! Yes, it is that close! As soon as we entered the school, silly Mama bursted into tears! ;) Overall, we like the school, it's great for a preschool and kindergarten. Unfortunately, Julia didn't make a cut to be accepted this fall ( had to be born before March 31st), so we will apply for Fall 2014.
